Equip the washing chamber from the front with the SMD stencil

Start the washing process (the washing chamber door is locked)
        The washing chamber has two rotating spray arms with adjustable rotation speed
        Pat. No. 20 2020 014 135.4
        The washing chamber has a patient docking device 20 2014 000 698.9 for standard 25 / 30l cleaning canisters
        The contents of the detergent canister can be read off to the gram on a digital display
        > An alarm message is issued when the fill level is low
        The washing circuit has a fine filter with a pressure indicator

The draining time follows after the washing time

During the transport of the SMD stencil into the drying chamber, the stencil is rinsed (approx. 4 seconds with approx. 20 l / min clear water)
       The stencil is transported via a master frame with rollers on a rail with a slight incline (no drive required) Pat. No. 20 2014 010 114.0
       Rinsing in the circuit with a dockable canister

The drying time begins> the washing chamber can be reloaded and restarted.
       Drying chamber with 2x2kW heater fans (thermostat-controlled)
       Heat-insulated drying chamber
       Hardly any heat loss due to the narrow door opening (opening time approx. 4 seconds while the stencil is being transported to the removal station)
       
After the drying time has elapsed, the stencil rolls onto the removal station and can be removed
       Removal station with optional LED lighting for immediate visual inspection

All times can be adjusted on the Siemens LOGO text display.

The system also has a traffic light for visual display of the operating status
Load the wash chamber, remove the template and refill the cleaner
The sequence program is patented
And the best for last: wonderful adjustable feet !!

All commercially available aqueous cleaners that comply with BGI 801 can be used!

Consumption determination on 02.03.2018 with calibrated Söhnle digital scales under realistic conditions:
30 washing processes with stencil size 555x555> consumption approx. 100ml !!!

Current test results from FESTO Technologiezentrum from 25.09.2018,
from 8.30 a.m. to 1.45 p.m. without lunchtime and other shows:
the tests were meticulously carried out and documented under realistic conditions by Mr A, Mr B and Mr C.

Average washing time for stencils, circuit boards and squeegees: 6 minutes
soiled with solder paste Senjunion M705 and SMT adhesive AIM EPOXY 4044

Drain time: 1min
Transport in the drying chamber and rinsing: approx. 5 seconds
Drying time: 6min
Transport to the removal station: approx. 5 seconds
Entire cleaning cycle: approx. 13 minutes !!!
