Our continuous SMT stencil cleaning system "Waschbär 2.0" is now equipped with new features:
- 2-part stainless steel lid for folding (lid of the drying chamber is thermally insulated!)
- Lid with gas tension springs
- Siemens LOGO display on the control panel for status display and for changing washing and drying times
- Movable spray arm for easier loading
- 1 compressed air discharge strips
- Drying chamber with additional rinsing
- self-priming washing pump with a capacity of 160l/min !! > Even shorter washing times
- The cleaner heats up by approx. 8°C in 10 minutes cleaning time without heating!!
- 20" stainless steel filter to ensure the flow rate
- Drainage channel in front of the washing chamber
- integrated stencil counter
Waschbär 2.0
the new innovative generation of continuous SMD stencil cleaning systems:
- 2-chamber system: washing and drying of SMD stencils, squeegees and misprinted circuit boards
- Inline system (registered for protection of use!) without drive, chains, drivers, etc ..., i.e. construction-related carry-over and mixing of the media reduced to a minimum!
- Template implementation within 2.17 seconds!
- with pat. docking device for standard detergent canisters (25-30l)
- Canister change within approx. 3 minutes
- The contents of the canister can be read digitally (accurate to 1ml!), so the actual detergent consumption can be traced in the simplest way without "ifs and buts"!
- with signal lights to control the contents of the canister
- Drying chamber completely double-walled for saving energy and time! (Heating power 2kW)
- Siemens Logo PLC control
- Integrated three-phase energy meter for precise recording of the actual electricity consumption!
