"Ride-on" cascade filter for 200l barrels to extend service life:
- Simple filter system for cleaning the contents of contaminated cleaning barrels
- Simply place it on the barrel containing the contaminated cleaner:
- Insert the filter outlet into the 2" opening of the barrel
- Insert the suction lance into the 3/4" opening of the barrel
- Connect the suction lance to the 1/2" diaphragm pump using a quick connector
- Connect the compressed air supply
- Load the filter drawers with the desired filter media
- Start the compressed air pump
- Up to 4 filter drawers stacked on top of each other
- Filter media available from 35 µm to 200 µm
- Filter area per drawer 550x550mm
- With overflow protection
- Special spray head for even distribution of the cleaner over the filter media
- Optionally available with a timer for the pump
